My only New Years Resolution this 2024
As we step into the promising embrace of this New Year 2024, the tradition of setting New Year’s resolutions beckons us to reflect, renew, and redirect our aspirations. Like many you too have made a list of some to-do stuffs, setting them as your goals to be achieved no matter what. Right?
Since, you know me and the perspective I have in life as an on fire, Born Again Believer, God and His presence gets added to all my works just automatically. In this article, I will share my to do list. But since you have already seen the title, my list has not much in it.
The reason I am keeping only one item for the entire year is because I know I cannot achieve anything if I have too much in my plate. Like always I want to actually achieve my goal(s) this time. 2024 needs to be different for me than other years and I hope you are feeling the same way as me. Since, over the years whatever I have planned has never worked out, so this year I am surrendering my future, finances and my soul (the entire 100% of it) to the Holy Spirit.
This 2024, I want to hold my Heavenly Father’s hand and walk like a baby in his dippers. Asking for His will in all of my life decisions and not to long for anything the my Father has said no to. Walking in the Spirit is my only goal. Nothing else really matters.
I know for a fact that if I am just doing this, I will be directed and guided by my Father in Heaven and Jesus regarding what I need to do for the glory of His Kingdom. I just need to be agile and have my ears open 24/7 for His voice to reach my heart. I know His voice, like a lamb who hears his Shephard.
Concluding this article, I just want to invite you all to have this same resolution for 2024 as me. Because I am certain if we just not overthink and do as directed my Him, we all will have His presence dwell in us all the 365 days of this year.
